Our service technicians undergo rigorous training by Hitachi-certified trainers. They are given extensive hands-on experience in the workshop and in the field. They are equipped with complete set of tools, including digital apparatus, to make sure they service customers’ machines effectively.

With service depots in locations such as Bicol, La Union, Agusan del Norte, and in key mine sites—plus more to come—BMC is able to provide expedient service by being closer to customers. We make sure that we have adequate inventories of key parts, consumables, and components in our branches and depots to supply end-users in a timely manner.

What’s more, Brighton Machinery offers its value-packed Service Assure Program for every equipment purchase. With Service Assure, equipment owners are guaranteed preventive maintenance service (PMS) and parts up to 6,000 operating hours.
