Monitoring and scheduling

  • Brighton helps customers monitor their equipment’s operational hours
  • At each service interval, Brighton will plan with end-user to set schedule for preventive maintenance service (PMS)

Change oil and filters

  • Conduct PMS works based on Hitachi recommended service interval inclusive of filter and oil changes

Greasing and cleaning

  • Greasing of grease points
  • Cleaning of air filters, cab filter, and air-conditioning filter

Undercarriage and crawler inspection

  • Inspection and wear measurement of undercarriage components including track links, rollers, carriers, and sprockets
  • Measurement of track sag and adjust if needed

Implement inspections

  • Inspection of attachment
  • Inspection of boom, arm, and hydraulic cylinders
  • Operational testing

360 degrees visual inspection

  • Walk-around inspection to check for dents, leaks, bent lines, damaged hoses, abnormal wear of external components

Parts & forecasting

  • PMS parts such as filters are supplied at every 500-hour interval
  • Brighton forecasts and maintains inventory of preventive parts to ensure availability for both planned and unplanned repairs
